No Show Policy

Please be aware of our no show / missed appointment policy.

Your scheduled Massage Therapy appointment is a time that is being set aside only for you.

Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, missed / no show appointments (not arriving within the first 10 minutes of your appointment time) will be charged the full fee for the Massage Therapy treatment that was booked.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use your confirmation or reminder email. There are blue links for "Cancel" and "Reschedule", which allow you to change your appointment directly.

As a precaution, you may wish to have someone who can take your place, if you are unable to attend (ex: a family member or a friend).
